Sense of Relief & DedicationzZz

I am feeling gooooood!!! Hehee… Why? Coz I managed to redo and finish my formal report just in time!! Yeah!!! Well, here’s the story.. lolx.. On Monday, when I reached home and switched on my com, I realised that my report that I’ve been doing last week was gone!! Yeah, everything of it is gone!! Was so damn shocked! Search my comp frantically for the ms word file but to no avail (Yes! I’ve search for all .doc documents in my comp but none of them match my report and no, I didn’t accidentally delete the file coz its not in the recycling bin and I didn’t empty it). Felt so sad and low then. It wasn’t just because of the missing file. Felt so down also because all the hard work that I’ve put in had gone down the drain. Everything was gone. None of the 16-pages of report was left. Yeah, u heard it right, 16 pages!!!!

Wanted to just give up and not redo coz the dateline was like about in 2 days time only. And I’ve been doing the lost report for like 4 or 5 days. I thought, how the heck am I going to rush thru the report with limited time on my side? But then, with mi frens encouragement, decided to just give my best and restart from scratch again. Did ask the lecturer for an extension of one day and he permitted it. But as the first few lines of this post mentioned, I managed to finish it up by the stipulated dateline, which is today!! Decided not to delay any further coz I haven’t even study for tmr’s and Friday’s quizzes. lolx.. So, yeah, felt really relieved that it’s over and done with now. The feeling of accomplishing something that appears impossible is really great!! Really shiok!! Hahaaa..

Anyway, learnt a couple of things from this unfortunate incident. Firstly of course, always do save a backup copy when doing something big like a report or a project coz u never know when’s the computer gonna fail you! =X Secondly, this ‘tragic’ incident had thought mi that nothing is unachievable if you dun try! If this was God’s will of testing mi, I believe I can safely say, I’ve passed it.. haaa.. Anyway, there’s a saying that goes “Where there’s a will, there’s a way”. How true!!!

Before I end this post, I wanna make a special tribute to all my friends that have helped mi, whether its emotionally or otherwise, to overcome this little incident(suddenly mi so emotional wor..hahaa..). Anyways, I really wanna say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you. Without ur encouragements and stuffs, I might not have finished or maybe even do wat I thot was impossible!! Hahaa.. And also special mention goes to Yongz, Samz, YT, and WT!!! You all know who you are and what you did =PpP.. THANKS AGAIN!!
