April Fool's Day

Happy April Fool's Day!

Did you get fooled by anyone? Fortunately (or maybe unfortunately), I did not. lol. Good twin came again today. Her presence always makes me happy. Thank you. :)

Went to Cineleisure after lesson with the clique. After deliberating for so long, we decided to watch Sanctum. Well, actually the coin did the decision since we can't come to any consensus. haha. Before the movie, went to the food court at the basement to have our dinner. I had Ayam Bakar Solo, which is kinda like Ayam Penyet's sister but with grilled chicken instead. And that also means there's sambal belacan served with it. And boy, was it hot!! It's hotter than the one at The Frontier! Yes, actually I can't really take spicy stuff. Well, I like to eat them, but it seems my body, or specifically my head, cannot take the spiciness. Even though it's air-conditioned, you could see water flowing down. Yeah, gross I know. That's why even though I always visit the same Indonesian Panggang, I will avoid eating any set that has the spicy sambal belacan in it. haha.

Anyway, I know CC would disagree with me, but I feel that the show was not bad. Sure, the story line was kinda lacking, but there were emotional moments here and there. And I like these kind of scenes which touch our hearts. lol. And the show brings about an interesting situation - the moral side of murder. It kinda reminded me about Michael Sandel's lecture which I caught on youtube last year. Would you kill one person to save the lives of 4 or 5 others? Or do nothing, knowing that you all will die. This moral dilemma is made even harder when it involves family members, as was displayed in this movie. As Michael Sandel's always ask his students, "What's the right thing to do?" Anyway, I think I'll give the movie 3/5 stars.

Monday is the viva test, and next saturday is the practical exam. And contrary to what I say in the previous post, I don't think I can complete my lab report by tonight. Shucks, time to buck up! Less slacking! haha..

Have a good weekend!

It seems every point of my life, wherever I go, similar shit always happen to me. Now, I can't help but feel my life is fucked up.

Strangers, we have become...
