Melbourne - The Finale

WohOoOo! I have some time to blog. Thus, I shall blog on the last part of my Melbourne trip - THE FINALE!! hahaaa..

Trip to Melbourne - Part 5

Hohoho.. the last few days before our departure back would have to be the most memorable ones.. A lot of things happened during those few days =D..

Firstly, on the last tuesday night before we head back, we had a 'night excursion' to the nearby park where the Melbourne Museum and the World Heritage Site are situated.. Me and Zhi Yong decided to act cool on that nite and brought our sunglasses.. haaa.. Yuppz, so we took some pictures there coz that was supposed to be our last chance to take night pics there.. Unfortunately though, sum pics are abit dark and blur coz of the lack of light present.. Anyway, here are a few of the pics..

On the next day, which is wednesday, some of us went to the zoo from morning.. But me, Zhi yong, Samantha and Ellyana did not follow.. We went out sightseeing ourselves instead.. One of the places we went to was the St Patrick's Cathedral.. And we oso went to sum other places on the way, which we surprisingly nvr reached during our time there.. haaa.. 2nd last day then know sia..lolx.. After that, had planned to meet the rest to visit the Botanical Garden together but somehow time, weather and other things denied us the chance.. So, we met with the rest near the Yarra river under the rainy weather..

Met with the rest at abt 5 plus at the Yarra river.. At this point, I want to apologise to samantha.. miscommunication, she shld know wat it is abt.. sorrie -_- Anyway, this is where the real highlight begins! Joseph suggested me to buy flowers.. for who? You'll know later..lolx.. So me and him departed for the rest and headed to Swanston street direction to hunt for flowers.. Unfortunately, it's not easy to find nice flowers there.. Maybe coz its late, nearing the night oready.. But after much searching and deliberation, we settled on this bouquet of roses.. For me it's nice, maybe coz this is the first time i'm buying flowers for someone.. hahaa.. So, after the roses are bought, we headed to Crown to meet the rest and have our buffet dinner there, and of course, to give the flowers to that 'someone'..lolx..

After the dinner, i watch some of the rest losing/winning their $$ at the casino on the top level of the crown.. and after that, we headed home to our apartments.. it was nearly midnight by then.. Anyway, that wednesday would have to be one of the greatest day/night I've ever had for more ways than one!! hahaa.. These memories shall remain firmly in my heart forever!! WoOohOoO!~!~

The next day, our last day in Melbourne, we went back to RMIT in the morning for our last time.. quite a sad thingy.. We met our supervisors and some of the staffs there who have one way or another help our stay there a pleasant one.. And of course, me and Zhen Yang went to meet Rebecca to say our last goodbyes.. She even got us a little souvenir.. hehee.. Nice!! =) Then we rushed back to our apartments to book out.. And by 12 noon, we were on our way to the airport.. Oh yah, i had to mention this incident.. While checking in at abt 2 plus, we had to go thru all these security checks thingy.. Then got this female airport officer takes out the roses.. For a moment, i thot she would say that flowers are prohibited.. But luckily, she said, "Wow, beautiful flowers you have here!" Phew! I just smiled at her.. hahaa.. Anyway, after that, we thot we were on our way home oready.. But after boarding the plane, we were informed that the flight would be delayed for 4 hours!!! what the *toot*! All becoz of sum problem with the cargo door.. So we had to alight and rot and wait until 7.30 b4 we board the plane again.. And we safely touched down at Changi at abt 1.30a.m., when the actual time of arrival was initially set at 9.15pm.. all becoz of that delay lor.. but nvm, better to be safe yar.. =) Once I picked up my luggages, I was greeted by my dad, mum and sis.. Other parents were there too to picked up their sons/daughters.. After taking our last grp photo, we headed home in separate directions..

Finally reached Changi airport and had our last grp photo of the whole trip.. haiz, sadzz... =(

SO, that's it for the updates.. In total, I had broken the whole trip into 5 updates if you had follow my posts closely.. But the most memorable one would have to be this last update.. hahaa.. A smart person would know why.. hehee.. Oh well, it's about 6 weeks since we left and I'm starting to miss my time there.. haiz.. but nvm, i shall promise myself when i start working oready, I shall go back to Melbourne again for holiday!! Weeeeee.. ~We may not be in Melbourne anymore but the beautiful memories still remain~

haiz, feeling tired now.. dunno whether i shld sleep or continue my study for the quizzes.. arrggh, i hate studying!! i need a catalyst to push me forward! seriously in need of one!! Help!!! =_=
