Phobias

Is there a word to describe the fear of meetings, such as arachnophobia for fear of spiders or hydrophobia for fear of water?

Cos it seems I've been developing that fear recently! Darn! It's funny how you've always wanted something to happen and when the time comes where that thing do happens, you begin to chicken out. Hmmm...

Anyway, I dreamt I was infected by the H1N1 virus yesterday night! haha! I know it's not something to be laughing about but the funny thing is I've got this high fever, but when the 993 people came down, my fever subside and they refuse to convey me! lol

Funny how this whole dream thingy works...

Reminisce: Melbourne

Hola peeps!

Well, nothing much happened in my life lately. Life has been more of a routine ever since I've stepped back into serving the nation. Much of my free time have been spent in the wonderland too, hoping to pay off my sleep debt. And I hope it does, cos I don't want to carry huge debts when I hit the books and notes again in a little more than a month's time. The mundanity of life has also got into me, as I await the final closure of another chapter of my life that is looming near.

Earlier during the wee hours while at work, I came across the Melbourne pics in my thumbdrive by accident. And yes, you guess it, looking at the pictures brought back memories, both good and bad. I've always yearn to go back there for I missed the kind of life they have! Life was so much relaxed down under than it is here. Hopefully, after I graduated in a few years time, I would have saved enough money to travel back there again.. for a few weeks at least!

All right, till next time. Take care!

5 more to go!

5 down, 5 more tours to go!! Today I attended my very last in-service! And this time, you can be 100% sure that it was my very very last in-service that I would have attended! hahaa... Although the talks are pretty much a waste of time (well, most of them are...lol), it gives me the opportunity to have a look at some of my fellow colleagues for one last time. It's a pity then that the in-service was a little too short to enjoy the somehow 'nostalgic' moment. Being a sentimental person, it's never easy to go through these kind of emotional events. Going through it once was already hard enough, and now I have to go through it again. I know it'll be even harder as the date gets near but I guess I just have to accept it and move on.

There will be numerous chapters in your whole life. When one is done, you get ready for a new one. At times, when you are lost in the new phase of your life, you can always revisit the old one mentally or physically. Even though we are constantly moving on each second of the day, the memories, the people will always be there if you need them. I believe that's how life works.

Oh yes, the last thing but not the least thing I wanna rant about is that, I want my freaking pay!!!! Arrrggghhhh, where the heck is my pay!?!! Don't tell me I'm working for free!!!! Time to confront the PNS side tmr! Sheeeshhh!!!

Somehow, I'm feeling a moment of deja vu in my life right now. I'm not sure why but the same kind of thing is happening just as I am about to leave. Not sure what will happen this time around but I guess I've learnt my lesson. I'll not be too ambitious but instead will just let nature takes its course.
